Coyote makes key appointments to strengthen the team in response to growing customer demand
Coyote, the pioneering real estate software company, has made a raft of new appointments to help serve its rapidly expanding customer base of Acquisition Teams, Asset Managers and Property Managers.
Oliver Durham-Winch joins the company as Head of Sales, bringing with him almost 20 years of experience advising companies in the commercial real estate market on how to embrace technology to improve their businesses. His career includes roles at ARGUS Software and the Salesforce ecosystem, where he built his proven track record for providing technology solutions to the world’s leading property companies.
The appointment spearheads a range of further appointments which will strengthen the Coyote team across all levels of the business. These include:

Coyote is a unique cloud-based platform developed and used by M7 Real Estate and its clients for over eight years, before it was launched commercially to the market in September 2017.
Coyote enables industry professionals to track and manage assets through the commercial property lifecycle from Introduction, through to Acquisition, Management and Disposal. Coyote also brings data in from all the leading property management systems to give users live data on the assets and portfolios they manage.
