Leading PropTech firms Coyote and Realla have teamed up to share data and increase clients access to the market.
Realla was established in 2014 and now has over 100 corporate customers from BNP Paribas and LaSalle IM, while Coyote was formed late last year as a spin-out from former parent company M7. Within the partnership, users of Coyote’s integrated online dashboard of market activity will be able to directly plug into Realla’s free-to-list search engine for commercial property. The data can also be used to understand which agents are the most active in the vicinity of any other asset – an advantage asset managers can use to seek out the advice of the most appropriate agents for any sector / sub-market.
In addition, mutual clients of Realla and Coyote will benefit from the ability to have their real time portfolio information and imagery flow from Coyote directly into Realla. This makes it even easier for landlord and agent customers to generate customised marketing materials at the touch of a button to help drive more online enquiries, reduce voids and ultimately drive the performance of the assets.
Commenting on the partnership Oli Farago, chief executive at Coyote, said: “There is a natural synergy between Coyote and Realla. We both share the same philosophy that openness and the free flow of data between systems is the future. Ultimately, it’s about putting the customer at the heart of everything we do and making the technology work for them. All our clients will now benefit from more valuable and insightful information through Realla’s best in class availability data.”
Andy Miles, co-founder of Realla, added: “Realla passionately believes in working with other software companies where there is clear benefit for clients and the wider commercial real estate ecosystem. It also helps in this case that we are culturally aligned with Coyote. We really look forward to working with Oli and team to make this partnership a success.”
