Property’s leading lights share their hopes, expectations and resolutions for the year ahead.
Coyote CEO, Oli Farago:
I hope we will continue to see more real estate companies embracing digital transformation and having a more open attitude to trying out and implementing new technologies. We will see the large real estate players continuing to invest and enter into strategic partnerships with the best technology providers in order to enhance the efficiency of their businesses. Winners and losers will emerge among the technology players, but those that have an established track record and truly understand the industry will continue to grow and flourish.
Resolution – To come up with a new term, other than ‘PropTech’, that encapsulates what technology businesses like Coyote are doing to enable the sector to harness and generate value from the true power of technology.
