Introduction agent | Coyote Market
You can now set the Introduction Agent whenever you create a new asset.
Previously, you had to edit an existing asset before you could add the introduction agent. We listened to your feedback and made it happen!
New fields in the Tenancy Schedule | Coyote Managed
What kind of update would this be if we didn’t add more fields to the Tenancy Schedule? Additional fields are:
- Source Unit Ref.
- Source Tenant Ref.
- Office Area
- Warehouse Area
- Land Area
- Other Area
- Break Notice Date
- Break Exercised
Daily email reminders | Coyote Market and Coyote Managed
Following a successful trial, you will now start to receive scheduled emails from your Coyote Software account. There are several scheduled emails, including:
- Daily task summary* – never miss a task again.
- New assets* – receive a summary of market assets created the previous day.
- Overdue actions – if you’ve been assigned an action to complete and it’s overdue, you’ll now receive a daily reminder.
*You can unsubscribe from these updates, by visiting My Preferences in Coyote.
Optional updates
In this release, we’ve also laid the foundations for some optional updates – which means they’re not activated as standard.
We may require additional data to activate the following new features on your account, so please contact your Client Services Manager if you’d like to discuss further.

Deposit information
When viewing a unit in Coyote, we’ve made it possible to see Deposit Information for that unit.
You can opt to see Deposit Information on the Tenancy Schedule, on the unit page, or on specific reports.
EPC ratings
Coyote can now store EPC ratings at asset or unit level.
You can opt to see EPC ratings on the Tenancy Schedule, on the unit page, or on specific reports.
Customisable columns
If there are specific columns that you don’t use in the asset search result tables, you can request for them to be hidden.
So for example, if you operate in the UK only, you can request to have the country column hidden from the asset search result table.
You can also request to have the Price and the Introduction Agent columns added to the market asset listing page.
