Coyote Software has selected David Oates to take the role of chief revenue officer as it prepares for its next stage of growth.

Oates has more than 20 years’ experience in enterprise software as a service sales. Most recently, he held the same position at rent roll data processing platform Proda. He also held the role of senior vice president international at Argus Software.

In his latest role, Oates will work alongside CEO Oli Farago and the senior management team to help shape Coyote’s commercial strategy and vision as it looks to implement its long-term growth plan.

Farago said: “As the real estate world continues to embrace new technologies to enable their businesses to grow, at Coyote we have continued to build our team to meet and exceed our clients’ requirements. As the industry starts to emerge from the grips of Covid-19, now is the perfect time for David to steer us through our next phase of growth.”

Coyote is a cloud-based platform founded in 2017 to help investment teams, asset managers and property managers in the purchase and management of commercial real estate assets.
