Investment represents Coyote’s latest collaboration, which is part of the company’s strategy to become the best-connected platform on the real estate software market.
Coyote, the pioneering real estate software company, has taken a stake in Infabode, the real estate information platform. Coyote is joined in its investment by a number of leading industry figures, as Infabode look to complete its fundraise via the Seedrs crowdfunding platform, which will be live until Monday 7th May 2018.
The strategic investment paves the way for a unique collaboration between the two companies which will broaden and enhance the service to their respective customers.
Coyote customers will have direct access to more than 350,000 pages of Infabode content, including relevant market analysis and research.
For example, a customer looking to buy an office building in Cardiff could instantly view contextually relevant research on the Welsh office market, getting up-to-speed with the latest trends and intelligence quicker, and easier, than ever before.
Infabode works with a network of content partners to provide a one-stop shop for real estate industry research and insights, enabling users to analyse global industry sectors. This partnership expands the reach of Infabode’s platform to a highly targeted and engaged audience, via Coyote.
The collaboration with Infabode closely follows the partnership Coyote announced with leading real estate search engine Realla, with both companies integrating their platforms in order to improve the service to their agent and asset management customers.
Coyote is a pioneering commercial real estate platform for investment managers, asset managers and managing agents, which is transforming the way property data is viewed, analysed, and reported.
Coyote was originally developed and devised as the in-house software for M7 Real Estate and its clients, where it has continually evolved and improved, benefiting from over eight years of development, user-feedback and investment.
Oli Farago, CEO and Co-Founder at Coyote, said: “This investment and collaboration with Infabode represents the latest milestone in our strategy of forming strategic partnerships with like-minded, best-in-class companies to enhance our platform and provide a more comprehensive service to our clients. The partnership is another example of our commitment to equipping our customers with the best tools to help them make better, faster and more informed decisions.”
Matt Partridge, CEO at Infabode, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Coyote as both an investor and strategic partner. Our two companies share the belief that the property technology sector will increasingly become more interconnected. Collaborations such as the one we’re announcing today show our commitment towards that industry vision.”
