We’re incredibly proud to announce that Coyote has won the Investment Award, at the inaugural EG Tech Awards 2018.
This award recognises the best use of technology either to support an investment, raise funds, reduce risk, identify an opportunity or speed up transactions.
The panel of expert judges, including Emily Wright, Andy Pyle and Jon Avery, identified that Coyote Software does precisely this; increasing efficiency when it comes to managing a portfolio of investments.
The judges were impressed by the demonstration of additional benefits, such as reporting efficiencies, which contributed explicitly to speeding up investment transactions.
Rob Stark, Senior Executive Director at M J Mapp, was one of several clients who provided testimony to improvements in their businesses, following the implementation of Coyote Software.
Andy Dyer, pictured above, was there to collect the award on the evening and explains what the award meant to Coyote: “This award embodies the hard work and dedication that the Coyote team have put into the product, since we launched less than a year ago in September 2017. I’m incredibly proud of the team and what we’ve achieved collectively, in such a short space.“
CEO & Co-founder Oli Farago adds his thoughts on the broader adoption of technology: “Having worked on the tech side of CRE for many years now, it’s genuinely exciting to witness the growing importance of PropTech in commercial property. The EG Awards has a long history of recognising outstanding work in the commercial property industry, and the very first EG Tech Awards is an encouraging indicator that the industry is fully embracing PropTech.“
