Coyote appoints Rob Bould as new chairman

Coyote Software, a real estate software company, has appointed Rob Bould as its chairman. Bould, who steps up from his current role as non-executive director, has been a board member since joining Coyote in October 2017.

The former CEO of Bilfinger GVA and executive vice president of Bilfinger Real Estate Gmbh, Rob Bould brings over 40 years’ experience in the property industry. Most recently, he was elected as LandAid’s new Chair of the Board of Trustees, in recognition of his passionate support of the charity since 1986.

Bould also holds various senior advisory and non-executive director roles including with Palmer Capital Income Fund, IPSX Group and BHT Energy. He is also the former chairman and life member of the Investment Property Forum and Past Master Surveyor of the Surveyors Livery Company.
