Integrations

Introduction

Strategic integrations with property management systems and partnerships with proptech platforms are central to the value that Coyote provides. Through these partnerships and integrations, Coyote’s value becomes greater than the sum of its many parts; an ecosystem of integrated platforms and aggregated data, sourced live from our partners. Helping to bring your property data to life and deliver true value to your business.

PM integrations

MRI

MRI is one of the world’s most widely used property management systems and brings together numerous functions, including facilities management, budget control and lease administration.

How does it work?

Coyote automatically imports property and transaction data from MRI on a nightly basis, using a secure .csv export. If you update an asset record in MRI, you’ll see the change reflected in Coyote the following morning. Coyote can also integrate multiple instances of MRI (or any other property management system), to give you one central location for all your property data.

PM integrations

Yardi

Yardi is a market-leading online investment, asset and property management platform. Used by accountants and asset managers, it stores and displays a wide spectrum of data sets including real estate-specific information such as rent rolls and delinquencies.

How does it work?

Coyote extracts all of the required property and transaction data from Yardi on a daily basis, via an ETL function. This automated data extraction happens every night so that every morning, Coyote users have access to the latest data as it was updated in Yardi. The data is sent securely between the two platforms and stored directly in Coyote.

Market data partnerships

EG Radius

EG Radius provides a complete, real-time view of the UK real estate market. It is a data-sharing platform where many of the UK’s largest commercial agents share information on investment sales, lettings deals and occupational sales, directly to the EG Radius platform – to create the most accurate and comprehensive picture of the commercial property market.

How does it work?

We’ve developed an API-based interface that enables us to display up-to-date investment comparables from EG Radius – directly within Coyote.

Market data from EG Radius is presented in the advanced map view of Coyote, meaning that you can toggle Investment Sales, Occupational Sales or Lettings Deals for any location you search, and the results returned are contextually relevant to the asset class of the record you’re currently viewing.

You’ll see interactive map pins for every EG Radius entry and clicking on a pin will provide you with a sidebar of information related to that asset, including stats like Deal Date, Tenant, Lease Type, Achieved Rent, and Source of the data.

Market data partnerships

Infabode

Infabode is a content platform packed with CRE market insights from over 900 major content providers. It provides property professionals with a research tool to filter more than 600,000 pages of real estate content. We’ve partnered with Infabode to serve contextually relevant research directly within Coyote. You’ll see market news, insights and research documents related to the sector and location of any asset.

How does it work?

We’ve developed an API-based interface, which enables us to query and serve Infabode content using criteria relevant to an asset or an asset group (Fund, Vehicle, Portfolio). To help serve contextually relevant content, we use location and asset class filters. So, if you’re browsing a logistics park in Manchester, you’ll see reports on logistics class assets, and regional market reports for Manchester. This process happens in milliseconds, so when you query an asset in Coyote, you see the Infabode content instantly, right there in the research panel of Coyote.

Market data partnerships

Nimbus Maps

Nimbus Maps combines data from the HM Land Registry, Ordnance Survey and Companies House into one searchable resource. It provides property data on title boundaries, land title ownership, purchase dates and site tenure. We’ve partnered with Nimbus Maps to give users access to this searchable data directly on our platform. Save time gathering information, identify potential title or boundary issues, and seamlessly buy Land Registry title documents and leases.

How does it work?

We’ve created an API-based interface between Coyote and Nimbus Maps, to facilitate the seamless exchange of information and content. Data from Nimbus Maps – including title boundaries, the date of purchase, site tenure, site area and Companies House data – is displayed in Coyote according to the user’s preferences and context-specific requirements.
