The Role

We’re looking for a content marketing manager to join Coyote’s marketing team and help us to create, produce and promote engaging content to our prospects and customers.

The marketing team at Coyote is responsible for generating inbound leads which the wider revenue team can then progress into opportunities. We do this through a mix of SEM and content marketing, social (paid and organic), paid search, press/pr and events.

As Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and producing client stories, case studies, thought leadership pieces, blog articles and social campaigns – via a mix of video and/or written content.

We’re looking for someone who can independently create content – working alongside our Creative Director who will help bring your content to life, and our Marketing Manager who will help you to traffic content to the appropriate channels. You’ll be working with the Head of Marketing to develop new content ideas, and occasionally with agency partners and freelancers, when that extra resource is needed.

Here are some of the elements of the job we’d expect you to be leading on:

  • Understanding the challenges faced in the commercial real estate industry and developing ideas to communicate how technology and data can solve those challenges
  • Planning and organising short interviews with clients to bring their use-case to life
  • Working with other teams at Coyote to identify opportunities for new content ideas
  • Liaising with senior management to develop topics for thought leadership articles
  • Continually pushing to try new ideas and new ways of creating content

This role is based at our permanent office space in the Monument Building and we’ve kept a flexible working-from-home policy, meaning that most of the team WFH at least one day a week.

 

About You

If you’re a passionate creator and you can answer yes to a couple of the following skills, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in the written form
  • Understands the production process for both written and video content
  • Not afraid to voice ideas and new creative concepts
  • Confident in giving and receiving critique during the creative process
  • Comfortable talking to new people at all levels of seniority
  • Can-do outlook, providing solutions to problems
  • Will research and learn quickly when facing a challenge
  • Experience in SaaS or tech would be an advantage, but not essential

 

The Process

We like to keep the process as quick and painless as possible, so here’s what to expect:

Stage 1: The initial phase will be an informal discussion about your experience, with the Head of Marketing. It will take between 30-45 minutes, and we’ll do this on Zoom.

Stage 2: An in-person interview with a couple of people from the revenue team, including our Marketing Manager and our CRO (Chief Revenue Officer). This will involve a general discussion about you, Coyote and the role.

Stage 3: The final-round interview with our CEO & Co-Founder. This discussion will be about your career and about some of the frameworks we put in place, to give everyone the best chance of success at Coyote.
