Natasha is a valuable member of our customer success team. Her primary responsibility is establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and ensuring that each user continues to derive value from our platform.
Before joining our team, Natasha spent four years as a CSM at Edozo. During this time, she honed her communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills, bringing a wealth of expertise in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Natasha also has a passion for volunteering. Before embarking on her career journey, she spent four months volunteering at a school in a remote village in Zambia. This experience left her with a profound sense of gratitude and an appreciation of true happiness.
When she’s not working, Natasha enjoys practising hot yoga and travelling to Spain to visit family, exercise her fluency in the language, and explore new delights.
