Arrears are now visible in Coyote
Arrears for your tenants are now being shown in Coyote Managed, giving you greater unit-level detail on overdue invoices and the value of arrears.
This additional arrears data is provided at the asset level, giving you an accurate, up-to-date position on arrears, for each of your managed assets.
In the next release of Coyote, we’ll be rolling out these additional arrears features at the fund level, as well as for appraisals, countries and contacts.
Please note this feature needs to be activated in your account and is dependent on the correct data being available from the source property management system.
