Recently launched PropTech venture Coyote has appointed Julian Ionescu as its new head of consulting to lead the growth of the cloud-based platform.
Ionescu joins from ARGUS Software where he was consulting manager for the EMEA region leading the delivery and implementation for all ARGUS real estate software products.
At Coyote, he will be responsible for managing the integration and delivery of the Coyote product which was developed and used by M7 Real Estate and its clients for over eight years before being launched as a spin-out company from M7 this September. Its customised cloud-based platform can be used to monitor and analyse the market as well as track, manage and report the performance of portfolios
