Coyote has appointed Johnnie Sims as head of client services.
The business software company was developed by M7 and is backed by its partners. Launched in September, it is a cloud-based data platform which uses a customised dashboard which can be viewed from any device. Its software enables real estate professionals to harness data to track portfolio performance and the investment market.
Sims joins from M7 Real Estate, where he was an investment manager for five years. During his time at M7 he was responsible for three of M7’s joint venture mandates and two of its discretionary funds with aggregate valuations exceeding €1bn. He previously worked as a surveyor for JLL.
Oli Farago, chief executive of Coyote, said: “Delivering a high quality service to our clients by working closely with them is intrinsic to our offering here at Coyote. I am delighted that Johnnie has joined us, bringing with him an in-depth knowledge of the property industry and what is important to our clients.”
Sims said: “Having used the platform extensively during my time at M7 Real Estate, I have seen first-hand the value it provides. I am delighted to be part of a business that is providing something truly unique and represents the future of the industry.”
